Who it is for and what you need
- Audience
- Final-year students and fresh graduates targeting a first analyst role; working professionals in accounts, operations, support or MIS moving into data; founders and managers who want to read their own numbers.
- Format
- Seven modules. Each has video lessons, chapter notes and hands-on exercises, with five portfolio projects along the way and one end-to-end capstone at the end.
- Prerequisites
- Basic computer use and school-level maths. No statistics or programming background needed — both are taught from zero.
- Time commitment
- 6–8 hours a week for about 16 weeks. Lessons stay available for 365 days, so a slower pace is fine.
- Lab machine
- Any laptop with 4 GB RAM or more. Windows is easier for Module 6, since Power BI Desktop does not run natively on macOS — Mac users can use Power BI Service in the browser or a Windows VM.
- Software
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets · PostgreSQL or MySQL · Python with Anaconda, or Google Colab with no install · Power BI Desktop. Everything except Excel is free.
- Datasets & platforms

Watching videos is easy, the 25 SQL filtering queries and the groupby drills are where the skill actually formed. Please add more practice sets.

Hindi explanation is the real advantage

Excellent SQL and Python modules, Power BI felt fast
SQL window functions are explained better than any paid course I tried. The Power BI section moves quickly, so I had to rewatch the DAX lessons twice.

Finally a course that explains statistics without scaring me
I am from a commerce background and the maths always stopped me. The way mean, median and standard deviation are explained with everyday examples made it click in one sitting. The SQL module got me through two interview rounds.
